Prodware/WESTPOLE acquires Protinus to ramp up its expansion in the Benelux

Prodware and WESTPOLE further increase their footprint in the large enterprise and public sector markets.

Vilvoorde, Kontich, Mont-Saint-Guibert, Waterloo, Windhof, Paris – October 23, 2023 – Prodware is a leading and major digital transformation enabler. In line with its growth strategy, has just acquired Protinus in the Netherlands. In doing so, they further secure their market position in Europe. Particularly in the Benelux, where it already expanded its activities with the acquisition of WESTPOLE Benelux earlier this year.

Three strong IT-companies, united in the Benelux
