WESTPOLE announces All-in-One Workplace, a new Workplace as a Service offering
Windhof, 01 June 2022 – WESTPOLE, an IT services and solutions company and a specialist in digital transformation, has launched its own Workplace as a Service (WpaaS) offering, called ‘All-in-One Workplace’. It is specially designed in support of Luxembourg start-ups and small businesses. WESTPOLE wants to help them focus on their main business goals, by providing them with a secure and innovative cloud-based workplace on the go.
A different approach
New working models and new employee behaviors require a renewed digital workplace model that guarantees connection, mobility and productivity. Today employees want to collaborate dynamically and they want to do that with efficient devices, in the same way they do it with devices for personal purposes.
All-in-one Workplace creates a mobile, flexible cloud-based workspace independent of physical location, enabling an integrated multi-device experience on a pay as you use basis. Four basic components are at the core of this concept. First of all, devices and services: hardware and software and IT support. Next to this, integrated tools for collaboration and productivity, as well as virtual desktop solutions. Remote access is the third pillar, through identity management and multi-factor authentication. And last but not least: a protected and productive environment, thanks to endpoint protection solutions and threats management.
“The past few years have accelerated the transformation of the way people work and collaborate,” said Cyrille Gobert, Country Manager at WESTPOLE Luxembourg. “This WESTPOLE offering provides ‘blooming business’ customers with a head start towards a cloud-native approach to collaboration and productivity. We are delighted to bring these capabilities to our customers.”
For its private cloud platform, WESTPOLE uses rooms in LuxConnect Tier IV certified datacenters. Apart from WESTPOLE’s own offering, the solution also draws strength from several strong partners, for example Canon (for printing and document solutions), Cegecom (for VOIP telephony), etc.
In the WESTPOLE philosophy, the proposal for a solution must be preceded by a global assessment of the infrastructure and its optimization, to enable an effective and productive digital workplace.
Thanks to a corporate structure that includes several business units with skills in vertical sectors, WESTPOLE can offer tailor-made services related to aspects that matter in any kind of sector: from security to remote accessibility, from cloud to productivity assessment, from automation of repetitive activities to infrastructure and user support.
As Cyrille Gobert concludes: “For WESTPOLE it’s also a great way to stay in touch with emerging businesses and sectors in the Luxembourg region. It also allows us to accompany these businesses early in their growth trajectory. Whenever they’re ready for the next step, we already know what they need and can anticipate.”
