With GRCC, WESTPOLE ventures into the innovative and digital side of risk compliance. The platform has been developed in Luxemburg, based on technologies licensed by the Luxemburg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST). It contains the majority of standard libraries and allows to be adapted to user preferences or to create industry-specific standards.
From industry-specific to multi-regulation approach
WESTPOLE’s GRCC was developed based on technologies licensed by the Luxemburg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST), coming from several years of research on risk management and regulatory requirements and involving many risk managers & security officers. WESTPOLE’s GRCC has now evolved into a multi-regulation platform for a global market.
Depending on their industry, sector and activities, businesses are required to comply with an ever growing amount of obligations issued by national, European and international standard and regulatory bodies, aside from their own quality requirements. The most common are risk management practices and timely incident reporting.
With GRCC, WESTPOLE ventures into the innovative and digital side of risk compliance. Both regulated companies and regulators can use this single platform for decision making, insights and trends. A standard set of sector based libraries can be defined, adapted and saved to personal preferences.
A new era for risk and governance

Moreover, many organisations need to comply to several of them, needing then to establish and maintain several risk management registers. It is difficult today for them to find a single risk management tool allowing to comply with several regulations and standards. Adopting GRCC allows them to comply with various risk management regulations and standards in a single tool in an efficient and user-friendly manner.
Larger companies can also define and implement their own risk management requirements and guidelines in the software platform, to make them available for subsidiary departments. In return, subsidiary departments can use the software to generate reports and share them with the corporate department.
GRCC can also be used by an ecosystem composed of regulated entities managed by a central authority for risk management and incident notification activities. Adopting GRCC reduces the cost and complexity of supervision activities by providing an integrated software platform, including fully configurable risk management, incident notification and data analytics modules.
